Our policy is to handle your items with care and the quickest shipping possible while providing you with the most affordable means to receive your wares. We offer several shipping and payment options to best suit your needs and budget. We now also offer PayPal secure online payments for your convienence. Please note that your shipping and handling charges will vary based on the the type of delivery you choose and the weight of your purchases. Please be sure to contact us prior to sending any payment as prices on shipping change regularly when dealing with various companies.

When ordering by Phone
Give us a call at (304) 879-5462 and place your order by Mastercard, Visa, or Discover.

When Ordering by Mail
Simply enclose your check or money order with your request. Please make sure to include your phone number for us in the case we have any questions about your order.

When Requesting C.O.D. Shipping
This is a nearly lost shipping means but we still like to provide it for those customers who wish to use it. Please remember that Moose Antler Forge assumes the risk if you do not pay your order. If too many orders go unpaid we will have to remove this service as one of our options. We can send your order C.O.D. The cost of this service is $8.50 per boxed goods. When your package arrives, you will need to pay the amount due, in cash, to the driver.

About Custom Orders
When placing your custom order, you will need to put down a 50% non-refundable deposit for each item. The remainder of the balance and shipping costs will need to be taken care of before the item is shipped. Custom items cannot be returned.

Shipping Options
U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and FEDEX are readily available in our area. Depending on the weight, size of the package, insurance option, and service requested will determine your shipping charges. If you would like to discuss other delivery options or meet us at one of our scheduled events for pick-up please feel free to contact us.

Delivery Information
Most orders can be shipped within 4-6 weeks. Custom orders completion dates will be quoted at the discretion of the blacksmith. For rush orders an additional fee will be applied. Shipping & Handling costs will be estimated at the placement of the order. An exact cost quote can be given at the completion of the order. Items will be shipped by UPS unless another service is specified. One Day and Second Day mail is available upon request.
